Tinah was born and bred in Swakopmund and attended The International University of Management holding a Diploma in Education.

She joined the MIH team in 2023 as the Executive Personal Assistant to the Group’s Executive Chairman, Mathews Hamutenya and Executive Chief Executive Officer, Miguel Hamutenya.

She further describes herself as a highly organized, ambitious and driven individual. When not working, she enjoys reading and listening to sermons.
